We were born and raised in the same neighbor of next door in Bane ThongNhonh Savannakhet, he goes by the original name PhoneSavanh Rattanavongsa,
we are continuing searching for Thonglay in France, he was at the same next door and last seen in 1969 of the class 4e Lycee Savanh.
