The festival Loy Kathong was held on the night of full moon.
Kathong was special made for LyceeSavanh Website by Khamphay with her family and relatives at Bane Phoxay, Taseng Chomkeo, Meuang Kaysone Phomvihane (Meuang Khanthaboury), Khoueng Savannakhet at Khamphay's old house along the Mekong river. Wishing for it success and cooperation between our Lyceesavanh friends, all kathong made out of banana leaves showed it natural beauty, this good tradition may revive our memories about our native city.
