Khamphay would like to introduce the home made Salapao at the small Salapao factory is located at Ban Sounantha, Savannakhet. It is the delicious and the famous one in our city. Many of our friends have tasted, it is prepared by using the natural flavor like Bai Teui for the green color, carrot or pumpkin for the yellow, strawberry for the pink, coco for the chocolate color and the natural white is the taro flavor. The salted flavor is prepared with pork mince, mushroom, onion, sweet sausage and egg. It is a good food not only for the Savanh population but for foreigner visitors too.
